Junior Account Manager - ITAM

Your role as junior account manager

As Junior Account Manager, you will support our sales team in achieving success. You are a driven inside salesperson who is ready to support your colleagues where necessary. And certainly, you will be responsible for also winning some smaller deals yourself. You are commercially minded and have the ambition to develop further within the sales team and within the field of our organisation.

Your responsibilities

  • Support our sales team in preparing and tracking of offers.
  • Support and advice our customers on our IT service portfolio.
  • Independent follow-up of offers sent to our customers.
  • Independent processing of tenders.
  • Support campaign implementations (data provision and plausibility check) and follow-up calls
  • Participation in shaping the future internal processes and improving services of the Softline Group through constant information and knowledge exchange with the sales team and throughout the whole organisation.
  • Documentation of sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Support in customer handover from sales to delivery.

Your profile

Professional skills

  • You have completed a commercial vocational education or have a bachelor’s degree.
  • You have experience as inside sales in selling IT services.
  • You have a good understanding of IT software and hardware solutions and very good business knowledge.
  • You have team spirit, knowledge of methods and are willing to develop these further.
  • You are experienced in the use of MS Office applications.
  • You excel at speaking and writing English.


Personal skills

  • You enjoy dealing with people, are assertive and have negotiation skills.
  • You have the ambition to grow and develop into a role as a future key player within our sales team.
  • You have high standards in work and sales ethics.
